More and more products today have a plastic component included in the design. M&P Manufacturing USA has extensive injection molding and extrusion capabilities to meet these needs. We produce parts using a broad range of technologies and materials meeting the exact requirements of our Customer’s design specifications. Our complete in-house tool shop gives us the ability to respond rapidly to customer needs and changes. It also gives us total control over the quality of the final product. 

M&P offers secondary operations such as plating, ultrasonic welding and inserting, painting and assembly.  Specialty materials such as NSF compliant Polycarbonates or high temperature Nylons are part of our normal range of products. We can extrude both complex thin wall and large, hi-mass cross section profiles. We offer a full range of quality validation such as PPAP, mill and factory certifications and 100% first article and lot piece inspection using the latest CMM and other measuring equipment.
